MTS has over 130 thousand 3G users in Belarus

The results of the third quarter show that MTS still has the largest client base among Belarusian cell phone operators - 4,634 million users. By the end of the third quarter the number of 3G/3G+ MTS users was 130 thousand.
The company's income has grown to USD 118,1 million since the previous quarter of this year. OIBDA analytical index (operational income before fixed assets deprecation deduction and amortization of intangible assets) reached USD 60,5 million (51,24% margin with OIDBA).
A significant growth of monthly commercial traffic per user (MOU) - 495 minutes per user - was noted in the third quarter. Index of average monthly earnings from service sales per user (ARPU) has also increased: by the end of the third quarter it reached USD 7,78.
