Alcatel equips MTS Belarus

Onliner.by informs that Alcatel signed an agreement with MTS that will see the supplier to deliver SDH 1660 SM equipment for MTS network in Minsk on September 27, 2005.
Alcatel will also provide 1352 CM (Compact Manager) system which will allow MTS to manage the Minsk network more effectively and to reduce operation costs.
According to the contract terms all the equipment is to be delivered and installed by the end of 2005.
