Belarus: Bulgarian hacker is under investigation

MINSK. On February 11, Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus announced an investigation initiated against a 25 year old Bulgarian who placed his text on Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs website on November 1, 2004.
Though Ministry of Foreign Affairs representatives can't prove that this action has brought any damage to the governmental body, the case will be brought to the court. Another problem is that accused is a Bulgarian citizen, residing in Bulgaria and his activities are not necessarily regarded by Bulgarian law as criminal actions.
