The first news broadcasting FM-radio in Minsk

Radio Minsk (92,4) will start broadcasting on the first of March, 2004. This is the first radio station in Minsk broadcasting news and music with the ratio of 50/50 24 hours a day.
Radio Minsk is founded by the Minsk City executive committee in order to inform audience about the daily life of the city: prices, traffic and other city news.
Radio Minsk musical policy may be described as soft adult contemporary, i.e. popular European and American music. At night he radio will offer an alternative music to its audience. In addition on-line discussions with DJ will be organized.
