Ministry of Communications of Belarus extends its power

According to the Presidential Decree issued on the 12th of February 2004 #66 On measures for optimization governmental structures Ministry of Communications becomes Ministry of Communications and Informatization. Consequently Ministry of Communications and Informatization power is extended: the new body will control and regulate processes and programmes of informatization in Belarus.
